Chinese Sticky Pork Belly

We had some pork belly to use and since I’ve been craving eating out, I decided to give this a go. Crispy sticky pork belly has to be one of my favourite things to order when out for food and I love trying out new recipes so this was an interesting one for me. I used a recipe I found online with a couple of added extras. This is fakeaway at its best.

Raj’s Punjabi Roti

Roti has always been a staple in my house. My Grandad swears by it – he would tell you that you don’t need anything other than lentils and chapatti flour. What he didn’t tell me was how difficult it can be to make! Ok, maybe not thatdifficult… but I always found it hard…. until I figured out my measurements and was gifted a KitchenAid (TY M&D x)
Mood: Wanting something light to accompany a curry – skip the naan, this is way healthier for you!
Greek-style Chicken Skewers and Greek Salad

The amazing weather is leading so many people to have a bbq during isolation – unfortunately we don’t own a BBQ grill. So, I opted to do a healthy oven cooked Greek style chicken skewer – which was delicious! We didn’t feel like we missed out at all!
Mood: something to enjoy in the warm weather, low fuss, prep ahead, healthy!
